Senate Community and Urban Affairs Committee

S1293 Sponsor Senator Jeff Van Drew (D1). Provides fair standards for elections and recall of office for homeowners’ associations.

S1330 Sponsors Senator Andrew Ciesla (D10), Christopher Connors (D9) Requires municipalities to reimburse qualified private communities for street paving costs.

S1371 Sponsors Senator Shirley Turner (D15), Senator Ronald Rice (D28). The “Owners’ Rights and Obligations in Shared Owenership Communities Act”.

S1440 Sponsor. Provides for interest and enforcement mechanism for qualified private community to collect annual reimbursement payments from municipality.

S1482 Sponsor Senator Ronald Rice (D28). Enhances protections afforded purchasers in planned real estate developments.

S1853 Sponsor Senator Robert Singer (D30). Creates non-State funded dispute resolution program for common interest community
